A.M. Darke

About
A.M. Darke (he/him) is an artist and scholar creating radical tools for social intervention. He is Associate Professor of Digital Arts and New Media, Critical Race and Ethnic Studies, and Performance, Play & Design at UC Santa Cruz, where he directs The Other Lab, a feminist research space for experimental games, XR, and new media. Darke has held residencies with Laboratory, NYU Game Center, the Open Data Institute, and Carnegie Mellon’s STUDIO for Creative Inquiry.
