Worlding Difference is a digital platform that showcases the work of disabled, D/deaf, Mad, aging, Elder, and fat artists and scholars. It challenges stereotypes by centering their creativity, cultural leadership, and community connections. Through justice-based approaches, the platform redefines artistic and scholarly excellence by leading with difference.

Relevance

Worlding Difference promotes Disability Justice through accessible design, media representation, and knowledge-sharing. It expands tech literacy by framing digital work within ecological, cultural, and community-centered values. The platform supports meaningful participation in new media, counters ableist narratives, and preserves the contributions of disabled communities for future generations.
