Remote Access: GlitchRealm was a 2021 virtual dance party centering disability nightlife and access magic (https://www.notion.so/access-magic-11d88d95c73780aa8cb3ee54aa490d7b?pvs=21) organized by CultureHub Resident Artist Yo-Yo Lin and Kevin Gotkin. Featuring a 3D virtual dance club and lounge, time-bending performances, live DJ sets, installations, real-time captions, audio description, ASL, sound description and access doulas, and of course, karaoke. Blurring the lines between URL/ IRL, GlitchRealm invites us to find joy in the glitches and lags of remote community and embodiment through the Internet.
